About Us

Made in North Devon, with love for dogs, Heartfelt Products was established in 2013 with a simple idea: create premium, beautifully crafted dog-themed pieces that dog lovers would genuinely treasure. Every design is created and embroidered right here in our North Devon studio — a small, hands-on space where quality is built in from the very first stitch.

Our design-and-make approach

We design everything ourselves and make it ourselves. That end-to-end process matters to us because it means we control every detail — from the original artwork to the finished embroidery on your hoodie, sweatshirt, or accessory. There are no middlemen and no compromises. When something leaves our studio, it meets our standard, not a production line's.

Why we started

Our founder's motivation began when someone reminded her that all her products came from the Heart and so the name 'Heartfelt Products' was born to reflect her love of products she made.  This is still true today with her desire to celebrate life, bring new and different products including her passion for dogs.  Denise, felt everyone should be able to share her passion by being able to buy and wear beautifully designed products of lovely quality, why follow a crowd when you can stand out proud.  A Heartfelt desire to offer dog lovers gifts and everyday pieces with genuine design behind them. More than a decade on, that founding principle still drives every collection we release. Today we have several beautiful collections which you might see Tik Tok influencers wearing and promoting because they love them not because they are paid to say it. 

What we make

Our range includes our NEW Heritage Earth range where we celebrate our British Wildlife including the unusual Rainbow Trout embroidered hoodie.  Including in most of our ranges are variations of apparel such as sweatshirts, t shirts, hoodies, but we also have bags. We offer personalised dog embroidery commissions which we hand digitise, this takes longer but we wont compromise on anything less. We also offer design and branding services for businesses who want the same considered, handcrafted aesthetic applied to their own brand. Whether you are shopping for yourself, your dog, or someone who loves both, everything is designed to feel premium and personal.

Our Managing Director, Denise Anstey, was awarded The British Female Inventor and Innovation 2009 for a product she designed.  From then she has gained much acclaim and appeared on television shows such as Dragons Den and BBC 2's Working Lunch live, BBC Radio and Local radio. Her products have sold worldwide and she has been inspirational to many. She is now very involved with Community projects and helping people who are living through challenging situations. Heartfelt Products was named as her heart is in everything she does.
