We are a British company which endeavours to design useful products and where possible place them to be Made in Britain outlined below are general trading terms, Commercial B2B terms are available on request.

DELIVERY OF ITEMS

WHICH COURIER DO YOU USE?
We use Royal Mail for all UK Deliveries. Depending on a variety of factors your order will either be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for, Royal Mail Tracked 24, Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Royal Mail Special Delivery.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Despatch of items will be 3 to 7 days from the date of your payment. Generally if we expect delivery to take longer than 7 days we will email you with a delivery estimatealthough in many cases your order will be despatch sooner than 3 days

DO YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE OF THE UK?
Shipping is only for UK orders.
For bulks orders please contact us for better rates.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

I WANT TO RETURN MY ITEM, WHAT DO I DO?
If you are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason you are able to return this to us within 28 days, as long as it is unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Your refund will be generated on receipt. Postage costs to return the item will not be paid or refunded. Refunds are made as BACS.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you have literally just placed the order we may be able to cancel so please ring us on 0117 9656991 or email us at enquiries@heartfelt-products.com and we can process a cancellation and refund for you via BACS.
