As a passionate team of dog enthusiasts, we faced challenges in finding products that truly met our needs, which inspired us to create items that bridge those gaps. Embracing a unique approach, we provide a diverse range of sizes and the option for custom manufacturing to perfectly suit your furry friend.

At our North Devon Studio, we craft an expanding selection of products. Additionally, we enhance pre-purchased items through techniques like machine embroidery, heat transfer vinyl, sublimation, and screen printing, allowing us to personalize products to make them uniquely yours. We aim to create special items that you'll cherish. Quality is our top priority, and we pour our hearts into every project. Because we, along with our dogs, truly deserve it.

A Few Questions Answered:

Quality and Love:

Our quality control and attention to detail is what makes us Heartfelt. 

When you give a gift or buy one of our products you buy a beautiful handmade item which is made with love in North Devon. 

  • Is it expensive to customise an embroidered Pet Portrait product?

    It depends what you want embroidered as we go by how many stitches and colours plus the complexities to design.  On average a womens sweatshirt size medium with a small design of 8 colours is around £60.00.  Take a look at our section about our Design Studio.

  • How long does it take to customise

    If we use vinyl on Bandanas we can do this quickly and the order will go out with the next post run.  We do at least one post run a week and we post first class signed for via the Post Office.  Custom Embroidery takes longer but we can advise of this in advance of placing the order.

  • Can I buy in a different colour or size ?

    Yes, with most products we can source the colour you would most like and make this for you at no extra cost.  If you would like a different size we can offer this with most items if the size is larger there may be a small increase in cost but we will advise of this at the time of enquiry.
